1- Loan services 
First: Lending library books 
Faculty members, students and administrators can benefit from the Library services through loaning and in-house checking out; the borrower shall present a valid University's card at the time of the service.
 
Second: Lending textbooks: (Economics books)
Students of Al Qasimia University can borrow the prescribed textbooks in the courses in which they are enrolled, pursuant to a decision by the Chancellor that provides for the handover of loaning of textbooks to the Library.
 
2- Reference services
The Library provides reference services, which are to guide researchers to the references and sources of information they need and to ensure the optimal use of these sources through a genuine interaction with beneficiaries to analyze the nature of the questions and provide the required answers and how to train them on how to use these sources. The Library also organizes these references to facilitate researchers' access to the required information and assess their use.
 
3- Library facilities 
  1. Loan counter and beneficiary services
  2. Reference services which ensure that visitors are guided and directed to the references they need, and the reference questions provided by the beneficiaries are answered.
  3. Computer laboratories that include computer, printing and Internet services for beneficiaries
  4. Computers to browse the Internet in the Interior Auditorium.
  5. Wi-Fi network
  6. Self-borrowing devices that enable beneficiaries to borrow the scientific material easily without the need to refer to the competent employee.
  7. Multipurpose auditorium which is equipped with high-quality modern projectors to deliver lectures and hold cultural events and symposiums, and it seats up to 100 people.
  8. Workshop room which seats more than 50 people and is equipped with modern display tools.

4- Textbook Distribution Centre
The Library supervises the distribution of textbooks in accordance with the prescribed courses for all students enrolled in each semester, except those of the Faculty of Economics and Management, which are loaned to students for a full semester.
 
The Library Department supervises the distribution of textbooks through the textbook distribution center located on the right side of the main entrance of the Library, where textbooks are distributed to all colleges and centers during the beginning of the semester using an electronic system designed by the Information Technology Department.
