The College of Communication was established in 2015 to provide specialized skills and various media practices to students, enabling them to join the job market by keeping up with global and regional developments, including new media technology, media production skills, and study curricula that combine theoretical and practical courses along with effective practical training.
As part of the College of Communication's dedication to quickly responding to developments in the fields of communication and related technologies, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation through applied scientific research and effective community development, the Bachelor of Arts in Media program offers a diverse set of educational outputs to equip students with knowledge, skills, and expertise in various areas of communication, qualifying them to work in the field of mass communication on both local and international levels. This includes leveraging modern communication technologies to enrich social and cultural values while adhering to professional and ethical standards from an Islamic social perspective, mastering media research skills, preparing scientific studies, designing public opinion polls, and applying collaborative learning and brainstorming techniques to analyze and monitor various media phenomena.
In an effort to align its mission and the learning outcomes of the Bachelor of Arts program in Media, the college has provided the necessary technical equipment, such as laboratories and radio and television studios with the latest technology, to ensure that students acquire the necessary skills to qualify them for the job market.
