The establishment of the College of Communication aimed to prepare well-trained media cadres of high efficiency coping with the latest scientific and practical developments in press and media. The College offers its due programs in accordance with a high-level plan devised upon the careful examination of the programs taught in a number of the most prominent universities all over the world. It awards the Bachelor of Arts in Media. ​
